HuskerBoard Online Dynasty PS3

Ok, we have ten members at the moment so were ready to start. If you havent added me, yet its HuskerNation09. So at this point we're going with the following settings, but I want voices heard-

Quarter Length- 5 minutes

Difficulty- All American

Start as Head Coaches

2 user conferences

Advance every other day---THIS is the crucial one, because an online dynasty cant function properly if users arent committed to playing nearly daily. If you are a very sporadic player, or think you cant keep up with it, let me know because this might not be for you.

Here are our two user conferences:

Conference 1 (ACC)

HuskerNation09 (Me, DefensiveLineU) Boston College

JayHeat5 (Blackshirts33) Virginia Tech

gilbert_brown_23 (GBR93) UNC

BMills20 (Mills) Maryland

Pudgee691 (hskrfan4life) Miami FL

The other 7 ACC teams will remain; this conference is still normal.

Then it gets interesting... we have a team from each of the MWC, PAC12, BigTen, SEC, and Big12. So to keep those user-teams together, were gonna need a custom conference. I figure I'll give each of them a rival team from their old conference, and then two easier teams to get to a total of 12 in the new conference.

So if you are one of the following teams, post which rival you want included.

For now, Conference 2 (Custom)

SCCSpanks (Atbone95) South Carolina

Penman1188 (Minnesota Husker) Stanford

HuskerChuck (huskerElse) Wisconsin

longball14 (wiuhusker) Texas AM

Boise (TCU rival)

Georgia (south carolina rival)

Cal (Stanford rival)

Iowa (Wisconsin rival)

Texas (AM rival)

Easier teams:

Fresno State

Troy

As commish, I can control bowl affiliations. So I'll have the ACC champ meet the Custom Champ in the ROSE BOWL annually, creating a nice HuskerBoard title game (unless one or two of us end up in the actual BCS Championship).

At first glance, that custom conference seems to be loaded with tough teams, so let me know how we should approach the rival issue to fill up the custom conference. AND post ideas, comments, and opinions on the above settings and conference set-ups. Looking to start tomorrow, SUNDAY NIGHT

 
I'll go with TCU. I know they're not from the MWC, but their main rival is SMU. That might help ease the slate as they're a bit easier than Boise State, but they're still legitimate enough that it doesn't seem like a complete pushover. Unless you all want Boise State, that'd be fine too.

 
OK well thanks for being honest. In the future,i recomend a wired connection to a router.

We have an opening now in the custom conference...looking to start tonight so spread the word on getting a tenth member

 
Hopefully everyone's work schedule and stuff works out so advancing every other day is a possibility. I fear mine may be a hindrance, as I work 2:30-11 Saturday-Wednesday, so some user vs. user games may be tough to schedule.

 
I hear ya. I work for the railroad so my schedule changes day to day. Some days I'll be available during the day and others not till around midnight.

Just launched the dynasty! Accept your invitations so we can get started. Looks like most teams have 2 or 3 user games, do you guys want an additional user game against a team from the other user conference? Let me know because I have control over custom schedules and I can make this happen. Make all the matchups week1 and do a ACC vs CUSTOM Challenge

 
Also, you have to create a coach, just follow directions. Don't feel like you have to put your real name on there. Were all gonna start as head coaches

 
I'll go with TTech since I see that Boise isn't a selection.

Just had a thought, my account is whateveritis12, the w isn't capitalized, sorry.
