Huskers #7 Seed in Tournament

Thought they might sneak in with the 6 seed.  Would have been an easier road to getting to Minneapolis and the Final Four against Illinois vs now having to get past the Gophers in Minny in the elite eight

 
Who hosts 3rd and 4th round games? The highest remaining seed or are there a predetermined 4 regions?

Trying to figure out if there could be anymore games at Devaney after round 2.

Highest seed in region which would be #2 Minnesota. If they somehow lost in 1st or 2nd round then Nebraska would be highest remaining seed and host the next 2 rounds.

Thanks. That's kind of what I thought but since it's not exactly the same as March Madness thought I'd check.
