Huskers (and Husker Fans) next move

While a certain quarterbacks departure is disappointing, it is not the end of the world. The sun will rise tomorrow, gas prices will still be high, and we will still be in Iraq.

From what Callahan said at the press confrence it sound like this team is a very unified group and they will not miss a beat preparing for the upcoming season, and that is exactly what they have to do. Go to practice tomorrow put the distractions behind them and move on.

We as fans need to do the same thing (except go to practice, we cant). Get up go to work, turn on the playstation, cut the grass ect. and put the distraction behind us. I know that it will be difficult for some of us but I will try to avoid using the former players name in any of my posts, unless we play a team that picks that person up.

Lets all get behind Joe Ganz and Beau Davis and encourage them to learn everything about this offense that they can because one of them will be behind center at some time during the upcoming season. Patrick Witt should be here in Jan. and possibly another JUCO.

with the added emphsis on the running game are we going to need a QB that can throw the ball 80 yards or one with a good play action fake that can throw the ball 20 yards to a spot that only the reciever can catch the ball?

 
well im sure that ganzs and davis are doing all that they can to prepare themselves for the season so like everyone is saying and that we need to have these players backs and give them all of the support that they need
