Only one RB taken in the first round (not surprising)

Two WRs taken in the first round - proably about what people would have thought

Going to be a bit yet for the Huskers.....

Not a great year at the position, but more importantly, a great year for the front 7. So teams wanting defensive help went up front in Round 1, and you’ll likely see a run at CBs about late 2nd - early 4th.

This is great news for Lamar. If teams aren’t throwing resources at CB this year, they may next year. He’s got the body of a high draft pick, just not the production. Big year can spell big money.

If Dalton Risner is there at 41 I think that will be the pick for Denver.  Now that they have Pittsburgh's second round pick,  I could see a corner there.

Yeah. I would be thrilled if they got Risner. Erik McCoy is another guy I think they should go after if Risner is gone

7 RBs taken.  Ozigbo now the #23 best RB available according to ESPN. 

Last year there were 8 RBs taken in the first three rounds and 22 total.  That doesn't bode well.

13 WRs taken.  Morgan now the #30 best WR available according to ESPN.

Last year there were 10 WRs taken in the first three rounds and 33 total.  Not looking great there either.

It only takes one team.  And we have a bit of an in with the Vikings GM.

But we might prepare ourselves for our streak of having a player drafted coming to an end.

 
Ozigbo is the 212th best player still available according to ESPN.

Morgan is the 220th.

There are 152 picks left in the draft.
