Only 2 hits and 1 run in 5 innings on guy with 5.5 ERA. 11 straight outs vs him as well. Pathetic.

Huskers tie it 2-2 in bottom of 6th. Hagge had leadoff double and a couple flyouts bring him home

Self destruction in 8th. Wild pitches, walks, balk all help lead to 3 Creighton runs. 5-2 Creighton going into bottom of 8th

I was at the game, just felt like Nebraska was playing to save pitching at the end. Which I get, but is still frustrating. Also, love Scott, he's been a lone brightspot - but his last AB with the tying run at 3rd was horrendous. Looks like CU pitching coach told the pitcher before the AB, throw junk outside the zone and he will swing at all of em.
