Nebraska had the second-most representatives on ESPN's all-time rankings of the Big Ten's best by position — though none of the Huskers included actually played in the conference.

ESPN didn't factor that into their rankings though. They simply took the best players from the 14 schools that currently make up the Big Ten, and based on history, Nebraska has some of the best.

A total of nine former Huskers were included in the top five of 10 different positions. That trailed only Ohio State's 10. Michigan was the next team behind Nebraska with seven, and no other team had more than four.

It seems odd that none of our guys played in the B1G 10, but they're on the all-time B1G list. I guess there have been so many conference realignments in the past decade that espn decided to just consider all players in the conf where their teams play now.

Most wins are #1 Michigan, #4 Nebraska and #5 Ohio State. So Michigan under performed and Ohio State over performed?
