They have struggled pretty bad the last few years. Tony Woods, a center for Oregon, was on the last good teams. They also lost a lot of thunder when a. Skip Prosser suddenly passed, and then firing Dino. Since the CP3 era, it has slowly gone down hill. Which sucks because in high school seeing so much Puke and Carolina crap I needed to cheer for a team that played against them, hence because of their sweet mascot, a Wake fan was born, Tim Duncan just cemented it for me.

Anyways, as for the spread, I would take the points. NU hasn't really done a lot the last couple of years to prove otherwise. I like this NU team so far(well namely Talley and Spencer) but tonight and then at Creighton I believe will really tell us a bunch about this team.

They just announced that Wake is playing with 8 scholarship players and hasn't won a road game since last Feburary.
