Huskers vs Minnesota

Huskers were up at the half 37-27.

Little over 10 mins left in game, Huskers up 52-38

True Freshman J Law (Jamarques Lawrence) chipping in 11pts & 3rebs !!!

I like this kid

Sound mixing by the network has been poor since the start. Announcers are too high and the crowd noise is turned down on TV. Disappointing.

With a win today, the Huskers basketball team will have a winning record through 29 games (15-14).  Not a typo

C'mon Huskers, close it out

I'm just listening on the radio but it sounds like a sloppy game between two bad teams who can't get out of their own way.
Nebraska's been missing some shots that they've been making in previous games, but its really only Griesel's who's been inconsistent this game. Defense (and Minnesota's offense suddenly becoming capable) has had some lapses also that's allowed open shots that they've made has kept things close.

Crunch time

Minnesota trying hard this half, but Huskers have maintained distance with a hand check.

1:30 minute to go

Huskers up 68-59

I don't care if games are close to be honest.  I always think they should be, and that's how you know if you can win tight games.

Huskers basketball team looking at a 4 game winning streak  :w00t

(Hey, didn't we do something similar last year lol...)  These guys must get excited about vacations coming up  :)

Coming back to this, but it seems like NU's gotten up by 10-14, then gotten complacent and allowed Minnesota to come back, but never closer than 6 points. Like an OK team should do to a bad team. There were a couple moments where it felt like they were in a bad place, but they've never felt out of control.
