Huskers @ Wooden Legacy Tournament

No pettaway

No shields

No white.

This is best they have looked in 2 years. Ball moevement. Drives to lane and finishes. Outside of them playing prevent last night in the last min, they have looked good. UCLA will be tough.

I'm not sure what these announcers are trying to prove exactly...

Yes, you're basketball program is better than ours. (They both act like they are boosters for UCLA.

Yes, our football team kicked your a$$ last year in the bowl game. (Just bashed our FB team for losing today)

 
Correct me if I'm wrong but McVeigh just looks like a guy who has been told he doesn't belong his whole life.

So he proved tons of people wrong, and continues to do so against lesser competition.

But then, he plays against more talented guys and he just believes he isn't any good, just like he's been told all along...

 
I realize im just talking to myself, but why won't these officials take our team seriously and ref the game the same on both ends of the court? Really don't get that.

Lets go Huskers! We are in this, Virginia tech was up 17 in the second half and lost the game. We need to get this game close and play our style. Win the rebounding battle and that will help significantly. Tai needs to go into attack mode and we need to move the ball better as well as have better help defense.

If we come out of this tournament 2-1, I would say that is pretty darn good for this team. A 9-3 non-conference record for this team also bodes well going into conference play.
