as I know this is looking ahead, and I am taking it one game at a time.

But wouldn't it be really cool to leave the Big 12 playing Oklahoma in the Big 12 Championship game as a battle of #1 versus #2?

Yes, but this has been said about a million times already in previous threads.

 
That would be a cool next game after beating Oklahoma to close out the Big XII to then beat OSU as an enterance to the Big Ten.

Sorry about offending some by posting this as I haven't seen it mentioned before. I guess I missed the million times it has been discussed before.

:laughpound No, I apologize, I sounded like a d!(k in that post. I wasn't trying to. Just letting you know its being discussed in some other threads so you can take part in those if you see one.

 
even better...would be us betting our historic rival, Oklahoma (#2 in the polls obviously, 'cause we'll be #1), taking the last Big XII Championship trophy and being known as the reigning champs of the Big XII!!!!

Not so sure it would be 'cool' to anyone else, but I'd love to see when we get comfortably ahead, run a series on both sides of the ball with all of our players from Texas. I think there are like 10 on each side for that.

At the going rate, it looks like we'll both be top 5 at worst going into CCG. Either way it would be epic

If we're fortunate enough to be in that position we'll definitely need OU ranked as high as possible because we might still need to jump some teams like Oregon, Boise and TCU who I can't see losing.
