I thought Mizzu was going to kill us!!!

I'm spitting feathers on my keyboard as I type. I was so off base on this game I feel like I've been sucked into an alternate dimension.

But oh, does this flavor of crow taste good. Mmmmm.

I realize this is easier to say in hindsight, but this game did not scare me at all. Mizzou is incapable of pounding the ball with any regularity, and hadn't looked incredibly strong this season, with the exception of last week. Hard to get up for 2 huge games like that, and they weren't up to it today. They forget to run and fall in love with the pass, even when running the ball can work. Plays right into the strength of our D.

 
I'll admit, I was nervous going into the game...wish I wasn't, but I was. I'd like to say after taking care of a top offense one week and a top defense the next, that I won't be nervous next week, but it's just how the seasons have been falling lately. I'm loving this team, and I'll take the nerves with it every weekend.

Wow I can hardly believe it. Enjoy the Crow and why couldn't you relay after the 24-0 first quarter??? Just had to wait to see of you would be right. hahaha well at least you admit when you are wrong enjoy the crow.....

 
nope. I just admitted that we might not win this. I wanted to win it...hoped we would...and we did. When I talked to MU fans about the game I admitted we weren't consistent. But we came out first quarter and just pounded away. LOVED IT! I didn't expect MU to run all over us, just that we would have a challenge. Glad that we were able to shut down Gabbert....that's all we needed to do.

 
I honestly did not know how to predict this game; I just expected it to be a great contest. However, I expected it to be the sort of great contest where both teams can leave going, "wow..." regardless of who won...
