Depends, if there is something plainly posted somewhere. I would actually make the business give her the money back if I showed up, but I would've also charged her with the same charges. That's ridiculous to call 911 for, especiallly 3 times!

Ha, sounded like a case of 99C...which is how we closed out civil disputes...no paper, moving on.
