I will say this for the MU fans

Congrats on a great game plan and execution of that plan. If you can play like that every game you will go far. Our team has its problems and everyone seems to be exploiting them.

Good luck on the remainder of the year.

Truman it has been a pleasure reading your posts, stick around this place is great all year, check out some of the other forums.

I agree that our two resident Mizzou fans, Truman and Tyger, have been great posters. I appreciate their sportsmanship and cander. :thumbs
What about Mr. Tough as Rain?!? :dumdum
I put in a post and tryed to say 'GOOD LUCK", but hte board leader didn"t like it and lokced out.

So, I"m not going to use my slowgun again, but you can, okay.

:moreinteresting

if your words were people, i'd kill them.

but seriously it's SLOGAN not SLOWGUN use the spell checker. please for the sanity of all things human.

Edit: I'd kill his/hers words because they aren't spelled proper and it's repeated and annoying.

I have to say (and I am sure I will be crusified on Tigerboard for saying this), but there has been a lot of crap going on over on Tigerboard. I really think the problem is that the fan bases for both of our fan bases.

Our fans aren't used to winning this big, and it brings out the worst in some of our fans. At the same time, some Nebraska fans aren't used to losing big games like this and some posts and discussion over there have sounded like sour grapes. (I nearly got into a fight with my Husker fan father this morning when he was trying to tell me that Chase Daniel isn't good and that our defense didn't step up, that NU's offense was just that bad.)

I'm certainly proud of our program, but I have found in many cases it is easier to have a substanative conversation over here rather than on Tigerboard.

Thanks for having me!
I agree with you Truman, it is very difficult to have a football conversation on Tigerboard. I have enjoyed discussing football with the Huskerfans the past couple of weeks. Tigerboard will turn and eat their own in a skinny minute.

Good Luck to the Huskers for the rest of the season.

As a Mizzou Alum and one of the original posters on TigerBoard in 1996, I am embarrased to see what that place has become. I do not go there any more. I prefer to have good, clean knowledgeable conversation with the fans of our opponets.
