That ignores the fact that we gave them three scores off turnovers. They had bad kicks and lost 7 points. We had turnovers and gave them 13. Factor that in, and we win.

Kicking is part of the game. If it weren't for bad or good kicking we might have lost 2-3 games more last year.l Kickng was only a problem when we couldn't put the ball in the endzone w/ a 20 mph wind at our back. We gave up three the beginnning of the game. That turned out to be the winning point margin.

Turnovers are also part of the game. The fact remains - you can say that three bad kicks really hurt them and had they hit them they would have scored 7 more points. I can say that had we not given them 13 points on turnovers we would have held them to 13 less points and won.

Greatest game I have witnessed in Memorial Stadium. The place was so loud that my ears were crackling popping whatever. I was a T. Nunn catch for a first down away from starting the over-rated chant and then like everyone else the knife in the gut happened and I guess I will have to post-pone it for December. One play away describes it all. We are back we will grow from this and we will win the North and hopefully beat Texas.
