Three-Star Recruit
That’s great! But he didn’t. And if it happens again in year 3, the deciding year for all coaching tenures, that’ll be all she wrote.Frost expected to also.

I don’t know how you can say he hasn’t. He came in and crapped all over the previous staff, which everyone loved, and has yet to put up better results. You can say culture and buy in all you want, but this years schedule was a joke and he failed to get to a bowl. Our “star” qb has regressed to the point that people want our back up in, he mismanaged redshirts very poorly this year, his recruiting has taken a steep nosedive where we are now relying on low ranked Juco products who in their own words are saving a spot with us, our special teams is the worst I have ever seen, OLB play and recruiting is abysmal, ILB recruiting and play is abysmal. There has been no progress for this team since Riley left and Frost entered except they have the best Monday practices in the history of college football.
No. It simply doesn't work that way. Wins and losses matter.
I don't know about that. What if the next three years go something like this:
2020: 6-6
2021: 5-7
2022: 7-5
You don't think he'll be flirting with getting fired?
Oh come on. That is a$$.Everyone that is in the power structure of the football program understands that this is multi-YEAR project. Scott is going to have all the time he finds necessary to build the program how he wants to, from recruiting to development and even to facilities; it's going to be a process from top to bottom. He will leave under his own volition as long as the current administration (and all of its arms) are still in place; it will be another massive cleaning of the entire AD for him to be fired. It's not hard to understand, you just have to accept it.
Those win totals would be fantastic, given what is currently on the roster and the schedules that will be played.
A 500 record over the next three seasons would be incredibly unacceptable. It's absolutely not, Weekend Poster.
I can promise you are speaking about that which you do not know. That’s great! But he didn’t. And if it happens again in year 3, the deciding year for all coaching tenures, that’ll be all she wrote.

Unrealistic expectations? Goodness, man, you are saying that a record of 27-33 over five seasons would be good. No. That would be abysmal. And a clear sign Frost would need to be fired. For anyone with unrealistic expectations, sure. Given who will be on the roster (without knowledge of recruiting) and who is on the schedule, it's much more a reality than winning the division.

Now, 7-5, 9-3, 9-3? That would be worth keeping around.
If that’s the case then we really need to start looking for a new HC. This is absurd. I understand giving a guy time but 5 years of absolute mediocrity is not acceptable. You'd better prepare yourself, because it's not going to happen. At least not next year.

Oh I don’t see that. That’s why I’m on the “Doubt Frost is the Answer” ship. My point is that your prognostication = fire him.Go ahead and find 7 wins on next year's schedule.
