I was there the last time they came out, which I believe was '94 vs CU. Helped carry them out of the tunnel and over a State of Nebraska truck, which looked like it got hit by a truck. Was a great time, but I agree that it shouldnt & wont happen for the UT game. Now if it were a night game, UT was #1, we were both undefeated and gameday was there and they all picked against us - Corso would deserve his very own CHUNK.

But overall its just not that big of a deal anymore. especially when ISU & KSU do it after every 1ST DOWN these days. It had more meaning back then before the bush leaugers ruined it.

And Im not sure what you mean by "1st round is on ETR"... try the first teen rounds baby. :nanalama

Has anyone noticed that Memorial Stadium is built pretty well against fans getting on the field?? I can't wait til the game, and to see what Lincoln is like afterwards..

 
I said yes only because everyone thinks we will lose this game besides a majority of us.......I wouldn't personally run out onto the field and do it, but I could see it happening...

Thats the funniest thing Ive read in a long time. Those two are the dumbest NU haters on ESPN.

 
See I think they will because this game will bring us back imo. I watched the 92 sCUm game on DVD the other day, and they came down because we finally beat a team in the top 10, and then we did it 2 years later, our championship season, and haven't done it since. I think we should to take out all the frustration from the past few years. They are number 5, and I think it warrents a teardown. GBR!

 
I think it depends on how we win, if we blow them out no need to. Close game that ends on last second play, why not bring them down.
