Very rarely do package deals ever actually happen like they say they would at the start of a recruiting cycle for a class, but this pair seems like it will actually happen. 

Get those two, get the WR that is local, and the kid out of North Dakota and I'm happy with the 500 mile radius recruiting considering things (how the seasons have gone). Would be nice to get a good one out of Iowa too. 

 
Explosive, and the kind of 220lbs you want to see. He has room to grow still and he moves so well. This is a 4 star middle linebacker. 

 
Has anyone heard lately if Meyers is visiting anytime soon? I know Kanak may be a pipe dream now but Meyers would still be a darn good get out of Hays. 

 
With Kanak committing to Clemson, the package deal is likely not in play at Clemson. Yes Kanak is a tremendous athlete, but Meyers would be a great pickup on his own.

As soon as Clemson came into the picture Kanak was gone. 
 

Package deals almost never work out. Would still love to grab this one.

Sounds like Martin is our next choice - possibly because he could play both inside and outside - but even he doesn't have a committable offer at this point.  Still playing the numbers game.
