Illinois 2-0. Buy or sell?

To early to buy for me, they were 6-0 a couple years ago and folded completely.

Sell, sell sell! This is the high point of Illinois' season. By the end of October they'll be no better than 3-4. A 5-win season would be a success for Illinois this year.

 
Buy. IMO, Illinois has had talent--just didn't have a coach to bring it to the surface.

Not saying they'll be world beaters, but they should make a bowl, and they have an outside chance of being ranked when we see them.

 
It's time we stop counting wins against FCS teams as actual wins. That being said, I expected them to be on the tail end of an a$$ beating against Cincinnati, and they ended up giving one. That's worth something.

 
Sell.

Their 2-0 comes against an FCS school and in a home game in a super-weird matchup against a mediocre team, where, improbably, many computer models and projections had Illinois winning outright (mostly on the basis of their existing talent)

But no, they're gonna finish with 4 wins or less.

Probably. Their defense looked terrible. And I'm not sure if our defense improved or they're not that great on offense. What I saw yesterday didn't seem to be the same team from their Washington and Cincy games. Maybe on the road in the wind???
