I agree. It seems like he is trying to score on every play because he could do that in high school, once he learns how to be a college runner he will be dangerous.

Yeah, but even if he's not the fastest on the field any more, I think he's the quickest. That is, the shiftiest. From what little I've seen of him so far, it is incredibly hard for the defense to get a good hit on him.

This is at least the second time Bell has been blocked in the back on punt coverage. The first one was against Wyoming and now apparently you are able to block in the back on a fair catch. Doesn't seem very "safe" for them trying to make the game more safe.
