slowly working on it. She was raised in a town an hour north of Columbia so there's still a lot of Mizzou in her. But I've already gotten her to wear red at a game with me. As long as it's not MU/Nebraska playing...we get along just fine during the season.

still, I've told her any kids in the future will be raised Huskers :)

Always remember....

  1. If she's not happy....you aren't going to be happy.
  2. Make sure you live at least a half a days drive from the inlaws so they can't show up on a whim unexpectedly.
  3. If she asks if she looks fat in something....It's a trick. RUN!
  4. Never go to bed mad...stay up and fight.
  5. You're not really married until you understand what she is NOT saying.

Congratulations!

My first marrage - her name was Satan - was miserable, but my second is fantastic. Hoping you get the latter the first time at bat.
