Injury updates

Rumor is a pretty serious knee injury. Out for the bowl game, shrine bowl and would not be able to participate in the NFL Combine (if invited).

Anecdotal, but but I was just walking back to my office about an hour ago after I went to get my new phone at the student union at UNL and saw Jordan. He was being dropped off right by Avery Hall and he got out of the vehicle slowly and the few steps I saw him take had a noticeable limp. I just shrugged it off but then came to this thread...yikes.

Wow....in the grand scheme of things, the bowl game for him doesn't mean much. But, this now affected his future.

That's sad.

 
I think the season could just end now and I'd be okay. Time to focus on signing day & getting young pups practice during prep.

 
I had us losing to Tennessee but now with Westy out....we are diffidently losing now

Confirmed that Westerkamp will miss the bowl game due to knee surgery performed today.

Drat.

That's really too bad. Westy has given so much to the program, it would have been nice to see him in that final game. I hope that he recovers well and this doesn't impact his future too much.
