Introducing Nebraska to Big Ten traditions

Some might see the headline and make a joke about losing a New Year's Day bowl game, but I wanted to continue Nebraska's welcome to the Big Ten blog by revisiting my game-day traditions series from 2010.
Nebraska fans travel extremely well and Big Red will have a presence at every Big Ten stadium in the coming years. This is a good way to show them what to expect on fall Saturdays.

Here's a look back at your suggestions for top game-day traditions. I've identified a few highlights from each post, but click on the links for much more.

knapp - can you respond to that idiot that just said Nebraska may occasionally share some Big10 titles with Ohio State. Does he realise there will be a championship game now? Does he realize Ohio State actually has to "win" the conference now?

I missed that one. Those guys are going to be fun. They josh around, but for the most part they're intelligent about it. The worst trolls seem to be either rare or visitors from the Big XII.

Time to practice being butthurt because the SEC is better. One of the Big Ten's most time-honored traditions.

Play vs the SEC is the one area where I have no interest in adapting to the Big 10. I'll be contect to keep our own track record against the big bad "SEC Conference", thank you very much.

Hopefully we can show new brothers how its done.

iirc, we're 4-1 if you stretch it back about a decade and a half.

as for the tradition list, some interesting stuff in there, will be fun seeing it on TV and in person!

Tradition 1: Get treated like crap every place we play. Luckily we are used to that already.

Good day and good luck to us in the Big 10.
