What the hell goes through these peoples head's? Idk how stupid you would have to be do such a thing.

Was the cop hit? If not he made it look like he was.

Nah he fell to avoid the shot. I can tell you from experiance that the scariest sound in the world is hearing a bullet whiz right past you. It kind of makes you go into shock AND adrenaline rush at the same time.

Yep, it'll scare the $hit right out of you. A few summers ago the SWAT team I was on made entry into a house. The guy had shot his wife and neighbor in the street and they both were dead upon our arrival. He took his three kids hostage and started saying things about how he was going to put blankets over their heads so he didn't have to see them and we went in. He shot at us 9 times and the hallway was full of SWAT guys. How he didn't hit one of us I'll never know? I'll never forget that sound..........................

Oh, I do my best to stay safe and that entry was text book, but sometimes you can't stop everything if the bad guy is determined enough. I will say it screwed me up for a few days, you go from almost dying to trying to decide what to make for dinner. Had to have a few dozen beers after that one. Another thing that was crazy was when the investigation was concluded and they had a diagram of where the shots were placed by the bad guy, one was aimed directly at me and he missed. Another one of the shots missed my best friends head by about 4 inches. You just never know.....................
