Iowa at Penn St

Sorry, but if Penn St is the nations #5 team, it all but points to how flawed this whole rankings system is and teams should not be ranked until after conference play has started. Not to take anything away from the Hawks but Penn St and Iowa are sorry looking football teams. no offense what so ever and defense only looks good because of crappy offenses. :rant Also this is the same Hawkeye team that should have lost to UNI at home, more proof of how much I don't think the big 10 is competetive at all.
