Iowa State and KS are real concerns

We will be lucky to get through the next two games on the road. If we don't win at least one we will have a difficult time winning Big 12 North. I think MO is class of the North, unfortunately!

None of these teams including Nebraska haven't beaten a good, solid, superior team. We are lucky to get Missouri at home. We will have to play very well to beat ISU at there place. We simply aren't playing well on a true road game.,

Mizzou is about to get exposed. They go to Tech, A&M and Oklahoma in the next four weeks.

We certainly can't play sloppy like we did yesterday with the turnovers. The key will be our offensive line and our defense. I never thought KU would hang so many points on us. Our front seven played well, as did about half of our secondary. As long as Zac has time to throw we will be fine in Ames.

How is KS a threat? Lost to Baylor for god's sake.

ISU is a different story. If our secondary can stop Hicks, Meyers, and Blythe we'll be in like flynn.

Every game is a real concern we have the firepower to outscore any team we play but the D needs an enema because the front 7 is bogged down and without pressure on the QB our pitiful secondary is going to continue to get shredded.

Until ISU proves it on the field, which they haven't yet this year, people should stop giving them so much credit. They were lucky to beat UNI last night. Meyer had a solid game of 23-29 for 300+ and they still only won by 1 point. UNI's kicker had teh distance and just pushed the winning field goal right. Sure it will be a tough game but ISU gets way to much credit if you ask me.

I expect Nebraska to come out and kick some a$$ on saturday. They will have a lot to prove. ISU barley got past a Northern Iowa. Just like when Nebraska bounced back to beat Troy. I know, ISU is not Troy but they will be fired up next week. Mizzou concerns me, but I will worry about that Nov 4th.

This OT win over Kansas is only going to help us. It will give the players some motivation to go on the road against ISU.

This KU game may have been a blessing in disguise...............If we would have stomped KU maybe our players overlook ISU and even KSU and look towards Texas and who knows what happens!!!! Our guys should be focused as hell this next week against ISU!!!!

I trust you are all right when it comes to your thoughts about ISU and KS. My concern with KS is this, Ron Prince would appear to want NE over any one else as his sniping at Callahan would suggest ( "we don't play to get it into the 4th quarter".

Iowa State will be coming hard against Taylor and if we don't give him more time it could be aloooooooong day!

I was at the Kansas game it it was very hard to watch our defense looked like the flood gates had been opened! :o

I'm not as worried about ISU as I would have been had they not beat a 1aa team by 1. I still think we will win the game, but it should be a battle.
