What I now find somewhat humorous (not so much yesterday FML) is that all week we spent speculating that we must make Taylor beat us with his arm and not his legs if we were to have a chance to win. And that's exactly what he did, he beat us with his arm. I thought that was very ironic.

Yep, and we had plenty of chances to win the game. Looks like we were right.

Yep, and we had plenty of chances to win the game. Looks like we were right.

Yeah all we had to do was convert at least one of those chances in the red zone into a TD and we win. But it wasn't meant to be...

 
So true. You can't expect to win football games by only kicking FG's. I bet most of us would have predicted a loss if someone asked, "So Nebraska will only score 15 points through 5 FG's, what do you think will happen?"

 
I think its ironic that a lot of people on the board thought we would lose in a close game and then got furious when we did exactly that
