Fraud:
- Wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
- A person or thing intended to deceive others, typically by unjustifiably claiming or being credited with accomplishments or qualities.
Neither of those definitions have anything to do with an incident or an accident. Is he being credited for something he did not do? Did he cheat people out of anything? Just because he "looks" like a nice guy in commercials, and isn't nice and hurts your feelings, doesn't mean he is a "fraud"
