Is there a template for a poll thread?

Looking to start a poll thread and not quite sure how to do it. Looked through the threads on here and couldn't find the answer.

Same as 'Start New Thread'. In the right pane of the editor interface there is a "Manage Poll Options" link. Click on that to add poll options.
