Is this the game we finally see the return of the Ducky?

Nebraska used it for a TD against KU last year; what do you think the chances are that we pull it out again for this game? If Suh can snag a TD or run one in, I think it helps his Heisman invite chances exponentionally.

The added benefit of having Suh in the game for a couple of offensive series is he brings his own blocking to the game. May be just what the O-line needs. Hell for that matter, lets run our own version of the wildcat with Suh in the backfield. We can call it the "Ducky".

How funny would that be, Suh lead blocking in the "Ducky" formation, puttin his foot in the arse of his own O-Line!

I know everyone loved the plays where Suh got involved in the offense last year, and they were fun, but we don't need him back there. We need a solid blocking FB who specializes in blocking, not a DL who does it part-time.

The more press for Suh the better, and those plays are fun to watch when he's in on offense, but I don't like it. I want Suh fresh to wreak havoc on defense, and I want Legate in there doing his job on LBs.

With how good Legate looked vs OU, I don't think using Suh as a FB is necessary.

Wouldn't we feel stupid if we put him in on an offensive play and he got injured?

That said, if they handed the ball off to him, I don't think a brick wall could stop him...

With the amount of energy the defense has to spend just to keep Nebraska in a game this year, Nebraska needs to at least give him the 3 plays and a punt off each offensive series.

Whether he was faking a cramp or not in the OU game putting him in on offense would wear him down faster. Unless your thinking the defense should just go both ways.

Trick plays can lose the game for you easy as they can win them...I am not for it with this offense. We can't even run a normal play without someone being in the backfield to stop it.

they actually do call that formation the "Ducky" formation. Suh mentioned it in an interview a while back. im sure someone can find it, as it was posted on here...

as for the people saying thats trick plays are too risky......there is very little risk in having suh line up as a fullback....or even as a receiver............it just makes the opposing defense overthink what is going on....
