Is this the most improved Husker team in history?

Pelini was gifted with talent for his first year and didn’t have to go up against, Michigan, Wisconsin and Ohio state.


The top thee opponents from 2008 are likely going to end up more highly-ranked than those three teams are this year so.....

 
IMO this loss hurts more than anyone in the last 5 years.  We had every opportunity to win this dagnabit game.  We improved, but you still have to win games like this.






It's weird how differently people see these things. Not saying you're wrong but I'd probably put at least 10 games above it. I put Colorado and Northwestern above it this season. And there's not really any comparison (imo).

This one hurts more for me just because of what it would’ve meant to those players and the program. I’m not as mad about it as I was about the ones you mentioned. Just more sad, even tho I know we took another step forward
