OK...So, if the CNN report was false.....wouldn't it just be wrong information CNN is reporting? Now....if it's true....then you would need an investigation into how it was leaked?

Also, I've seen several administration officials claim "CNN leaked the report". No, CNN reported what they were told. CNN doesn't leak something. Someone else gives them the information to report.

The report contains a few different likelihoods. One of the likelihoods was a small likelihood that minimal damage took place and Iran will be up and running in 3 months. An Anti-Trump admin intelligence official ran with that specific point and leaked it to the press without giving the entire report showing other likelihoods of damage. Or the media it got leaked to, only wanted to report the worst case scenario even when leaked the entire report.
