Are we ranked in the final poll at 7-6 with everyone jacked to high hell for 2019?

I guess if 8-5 is possible, why not 7-6? We would definitely be the “it” team if 7 of last 8 happened. 

To top it off, Auburn even ended the season with back to back losses and still ranked without any momentum.

New hypothetical for the NO crowd.

What if we end the season with 8 straight wins? This would include wins over Ohio State, Michigan State, Iowa and Florida in bowl.

Where are we ranked? (PS I know this isn’t happening)

 
if we won out, I doubt we'd be ranked but it would be muh more interesting how many BigTen teams would be driven way down or even out of the rankings as well.   No way the big ten conference would allow NU to win out.  It would wipe out the teams we beat in national status.
