Jamal Turner

I recently created a Twitter account just for the heck of it. Today Jamal tweeted that he promises that he will never flip into the endzone in a real game. Just thought I'd share.

I'm pretty sure Turner is a bright enough kid to know that you can do that in a scrimmage but not a real game. Can you really blame a freshman who had an awesome play for doing it? Nahhhhh
I'm cool with it. I just real hope he doesn't get caught up in the moment if he has an awesome play as a freshman in the Big 10 title game. More than that I just wish that stupid, useless rule didn't exsist.

I'd love it if he did it in the title game. 15 yard penalty from the spot. Next play, Carnes breaks left, gets hit at the 8, pitches to Rex who jukes a guy and carries another into the endzone. Final score: Nebraska 49 (our kickers aren't gonna be great, no FGs) Purdue 6

Only some ref could consider this taunting and the entire score would be negated...

2 Issues with this:

1) Carnes?

2) Purdue for the title?!
