I coached with a guy, years ago, that played BB overseas. Back then it was just "okay" but he said he got like 5k a month (this was over 20 years ago) and they paid for his apartment and a meal stipend. But the season was only like 3-4 months or something like that.

Now, you can make a really nice living playing overseas.
