It's actually too bad he didn't get as much on this stiff-arm as the other one.  He deserved to score on this but didn't quite get enough of the defender.

This was the final play of the first quarter and this stiff arm put the defender on his gluteus maximus.

Well if we are to believe what HCSF said about Yants weight and what Yant said about Yants weight- then the story was Yant wasn't going to be allowed to play much until his weight got to X.

When Yant hit X he was given the chance to play significant downs early and often in a must have game. Was he always HCSF's top pick and was just waiting for him to hit the weight threshold that was set? Seems plausible. 

Held told him to make sure he maintained the loss.

Something I noticed is that, until his last run, he didn’t do his signature turning his back to the defense. 
 

Hopefully he keeps developing nicely.

The thing i loved about his runs is he wastes ZERO time going north south... that coupled with the fact he's a load to bring down... pumped for the potential with this guy

He's got good vision.  I think if the other backs had the same they would be able to make a dofference.  Yant is a big guy you would just expect to run up the back of his blockers but he didn't do that once.  He sees where his opportunity is
