Has been brought up as a possible HC at ATM, but what about at NU. Has ties in Texas, runs the famed Sid Gillman, Air Coryell, Joe Gibbs, Ernie Zampesse, Norv Turner REAL West Coast offense, that has a power running game, and uses numbers for routes and passes the ball deep? Maryland runs this system, and Louisville ran it under their former coach. Its the same system KC under Vermeil and the Rams exploded to Super Bowl with. This offense is exciting and has an explosive running game. Unlike the Paul Brown/Bill Walsh WC offense, which Callahan runs, it uses fast/shifty WRs over the big 6'5" guys that SC uses, it will be more like what Cal has in Hawkins and Desean Jackson. Look at the NFL teams that run this offense, they usually always have a big time running game and a top TE, kinda like Gates and LT, Gonzales and you name him in KC, the Redskins backs and all the HBs/TEs they had, Muncie and Winslow in SD... He might be a big time steal if given the shot, and he is an intellectual type like Marv Levy and Dr. Tom. What do you think?
