2 Weeks into the season and I think my Braves finally have the piece that they have been missing to turn this thing around. Heyward has so far has played very solid for a rookie, my only hope is that he develops into an all star but the Braves don't pawn him off when he becomes a free agent which they always tend to do unless your first name is Chipper... :facepalm:

Holvy, I always had a soft spot for the Braves. Probably because I watched them more than the Royals. (thanks TBS) If KC cant win it I want nobody more than ATL to do so.

same here, it was either Braves (TBS) or Cubs (WGN) that was the only baseball that i got to watch growing up, i leaned towards the Braves more than Cubs b/c most of my buddies were Cubs fans and did not want to just go with the flow. They have been a great team to follow the last 20 or so years and hope guys like this that come up the thru the system lead to great things. That is one thing that gets lost in the hey day of Free Agency is that teams don't bank much on their farm systems unless they have a true phenom on their hands!
