For all his faults JP's heart is in the right place. That 95 defense was something we may never see on any football team in college ever. Guys like the Peters brothers, Wistrom, Suh...yea they are not perfect humans. Who is. Go figure. They play defense where youre supposed to basically destroy people. This isn't badminton people. Swagger and attitude, within reason, is something we have not had since those teams in the 90s, with a briefe repreive during Suh's playing years. Accountbility and leadership on the team is nowhere to be found it seems. Imagine having to deal with those guys in practice. I agree with what he is saying and his record as a player speaks for itself.

A Peters Bro. accusing someone else as showing a lack of accountability is almost as funny as a Peters Bro. accusing someone else of seeming "rapey."
That said, I can't really say much against the substance of his criticisms concerning Riley, especially after last Saturday's fiasco game.
And as for Frost, IMHO he's the Mike McQueary of Nebraska.

Say what you will about JP. Who cares? It's his message that matters. And everything he is saying is all true.
THERE IS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY WITHIN THE NEBRASKA FOOTBALL PROGRAM!
When Keith Williams is given a slap on the wrist for his 3rd DUI after they full on knew about the 1st two DUI's AND the third one happened a couple of hours after recruiting a 5 Star recruit and his family! All of this just tells the Players and Coaches, you can get a way with almost anything and we will look the other way...WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?!!
When players get felony arrests, and there are no suspensions involved, WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?!!
When Coach Banker suggests that Nate Gerry should be suspended AND have his Captain-ship taken away for skipping classes the entire year and Riley says no, Then he fires Banker instead! WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?!!
When Donte Williams goes to strip clubs every night on the road during satellite camps, when he is representing the University and while the University is paying for it and nothing is done about it, WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?!!
When coaches leak to players when "Random" drug tests are going to be administered, This is a huge breech and tells players that they can party all they want right after the tests are done. Coaches allowing recruits to go to frat parties all night long on the weekends that they are in Lincoln and getting wasted out of their minds. Keyshawn came there every other week last Fall while still in High School because of the lax oversight and all of the drugs and parties...WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY?!!

I find it very, very, very hard to believe that the Athletic Director of the University of Nebraska "does not want what is best for the athletic program." Peters made some good points (although some of it seems like he is making pretty big assumptions about Riley and the administration given that he isn't with the team during game week, or in the locker room, or really anywhere actually), but Eichorst has nothing to gain from running a big ten school's athletic program in the ground.
I absolutely believe he isn't a great communicator, and he has definitely handled some things wrong, but come on dude. Baseball, volleyball, and gymnastics won big ten championships last year and 13 Nebraska sports teams went to the post season. Even though Riley hasn't performed to expectation at all, people inside the football community who know what they're talking about absolutely lauded him for that hire. Keyshawn sent his kid here, Les Miles sent his kid here, Kurt Warner sent his kid here. At the time college football coaches rated Riley as the second most underrated coach in the country behind Cutliffe. Herbstreit called it a great hire, Brock Huard said there's no one he'd rather his kid play for, Mack Brown said it was a great hire, PAC-12 assistants said they were happy to see him go because he was the best talent evaluator in the conference by far, yada yada yada yada.
It's been excruciatingly disappointing thus far and Eichorst hasn't handled it that well in my view, but to say the guy isn't interested in what is best for the athletic program is incredibly absurd. Eichorst only cares for himself. he was hired to be a Yes man for Harvey and to surround himself with other Yes men. He is ruining the culture from the inside on out. His methods have trickled down from the top. He runs the athletic dept like a dictatorship, people are scared for their jobs each and every day, He is a fake and a fraud. Ruined football first and foremost, ruined basketball, ruined women's basketball, has zero relationship with Coach Cook, his most successful and respected coach left. No relationship with gymnastics coach, who has a top ten program now.
It all starts with SE. There is so much more that no one knows about. He does not want what's best for the program, or he is too f'ing blind to see it. He wants what's best for SE. He has closed the doors to so many people that want to help the Program. SE has basically persona non grata to them. It's seriously unreal. Highly respected people that the coaches themselves want around and SE has said NO.
This is a man that has no business running the AD anymore. He has to go first and foremost.

Some of those familiar with Jason Peter's history find his rhetoric and style of critiquing the program somewhat hypocritical and overzealous. It tarnishes the message regardless of how true that message may be.
I, too, would like to know where this information is coming from because you've posted it before. If it's hearsay and/or coming from "inside sources," that's fine. But, if you don't have hard proof or evidence to support your claims, repeatedly bringing it up doesn't do anybody any good.

Just wondering, was Donte Williams going after his work day was over or was he going when he was "still on the clock"? Is Donte Williams an adult? How do you know the money he used to get in and to "tip" wasn't his own personal cash? Or since he is an employee of the University does that mean the cash he receives for his employment is the University paying for it?
While I agree if this is true, it is a bad look, but what these adults do in their down time (as long as it is legal) isn't any of our business.
