Jo Jo Domann calling it a career at Nebraska.

I think he played above his ability here. Not sure he’s quite fast enough for the NFL game  Their OLB’ers can really run. But who knows.
He was one of the best tacklers we had.  He was one of the best cover guys we had and he played OLB.

I don't want anyone to think I'm comparing the two because I'm not, but he covered more field than anyone I've seen since David.  He's going to be a contributor in the NFL.

Dude will find a place in the NFL wherever. We have had less talented and dedicated players at Nebraska make it 4 or 5 years in the NFL as linebackers. He might not get the coveted second contract, but he will find the field. Hope he recovers and gets paid. Thanks for everything!

Also 9 tackles, 1 TFL, 1 INT, 2 PBU's and 1 quarterback hurry in his last game at Nebraska against Ohio St.

Worst case scenario, JoJo has made quite a name for himself, and he can follow in his dad's footsteps and be a sport agent.  I'm sure he will have plenty of connections from having a good career and being such a great kid.

Good luck to the kid. Hope he gets drafted. We will miss him these last two games. High motor, and always around the ball.

JoJo, fitting on Veteran's Day to say goodbye to a warrior.  You have a fighter's soul...best wishes from all of us.

He will make an NFL roster for sure.  Can play the run and cover......

Any idea what the hand injury is?

His injury is some type of torn ligament.  My best guess is his thumb. Can't do much in his position with out being able to use all your fingers (thumb especially).

It was a torn ligament but not known which digit.  DId it against Purdue and played with it in the OSU game.

Was the best defender hands down the last two years.  And easily the toughest Blackshirt to replace next season.

Little Gifford, man up and come on down

Anxious to see how Gifford does.  A lot of talk about him being the heir apparent to JoJo's position.

Thanks!
