do most college programs have a position designated for a qb coach with all the restriction on full time staff members? it seems like most schools have the OC do the qb coaching duties. maybe he could do it in the NFL i think that's what Zach Taylor does with the dolphins

 
I know I saw the shot of Ganz talking to Taylor after the goal line fumble. He looked to be telling him..."forget about that...just put it out of your mind...you've got x minutes of game you need to play and lead this team. It was a mistake, but you've got to move on"...I know I"m putting words in his mouth..but that shot of him "mentoring' Taylor said a lot to me.
