Probation. Possibly a deferred judgement or a conviction on a non felony.

Deferred judgment, no. Non-felony, very likely.

Misdemeanor with 12-18mos probation with community service/suspended jail is my guess.

Anyhow, if this plays out as an actual theft, it's nice the team has all summer to make adjustments for his departure.

From what I'm hearing, I'd be surprised if Banderas ends up with a felony. More than meets the eye here. Careful judging this too harshly.
