Seems like they never really filled a DE spot they wanted filled earlier this cycle. Unless it went to Riley and they're happy with a DT instead.

Coates was who I thought we were gonna get when he decommitted from the Puffs on his OV but he never pulled the trigger. Gotta think it's Payne's spot at this point.
