He has 3 years to play 2 seasons. So basically can only play for two seasons but can redshirt and still play the 2 seasons

That's what I figured, but it just seemed weird to think a JUCO guy would redshirt so it wasn't fully clicking in my head. Thanks for the clarification.

 
This kid has very good closing speed which is always a good thing as a defender. Anderson, Reed, A. Williams, Butler, Dismuke, Domann are all kids who can play safety that are young so I am a little surprised the offer for the safety position.

 
Was this the same college Birman Anderson in the NBA went to? Also, here is a JUCO we could be in on, has good instincts and closing seed which is what you like. Only thing now is can he translate that against D1 speed.

 
We have a few spots open in this class. Could be a good fit.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, we really aren't in on any HS safeties in this class.

We have sort of recruited Nick Picket but I'm not sure we are too serious about getting him.
