Don’t think Bush eliminating Nebraska has anything to do with Williams being N.  Believe they always wanted to add another mid year WR along with a HS guy.

EMCC is the school that Netflix did their Last Chance U series on during the 2015 and 2016 seasons. Netflix filmed a different school in 2017. It would have been cool to see Williams on that show, but oh well.
