Eden Prairie (Minn.) athlete JD Spielman has been hearing from Nebraska for about a month, and the 2016 athlete will take a visit to Lincoln on March 14 in the midst of a tour of several Big Ten schools’ junior days.

“I’m real excited to get down to Nebraska,” Spielman said. “One of my good friends committed there to play baseball, talked a lot about the campus and from what he’s been saying, I would love to come down and visit. After I started getting interest from Nebraska, I started looking them up on YouTube and looking at all their stadiums and everything I watched got me hyped and excited to come down and visit.”

Jeff Athey is his friend that is the committed baseball recruit.

Noah Fant will attend Junior Day if they are not still playing basketball (which is unlikely).

The first Junior Day must be geared toward in-state and a few out of state prospects from the looks of it. Wonder if the second one will be geared toward the higher ranked kids?

I'm guessing they will have it closer to camps? That way they can spend more time with them. I might just be throwing sh#t at the wall and hoping it sticks though
