Just another Husker fan

I was at lunch today and our hostess was a firecracker who said that she and her husband have been season ticket holders to Nebraska for 51 years. She bragged how the horn on their truck plays the Nebraska fight song and they liked to let it go while driving through those small towns in Missouri while their Nebraska flag is flapping in the wind. "You know how they feel about us down there."

She also said she was at a party last weekend and our QB was there so she had to go up and talk with him. She told him that he has to bring us a championship this year because she wants to go to a nice bowl game. He said he'll do what he can.

I thought I'd pass that along.

Hey man thats how long I hope to have 'em. Even though mine will hopefully be through some better times then she saw hopefully Ill see a few more national championships as well.
