Yes it is.  But, there are materials (PVC) that can be used for the water lines.  As for what it's being sprayed on, they are already scooping up salt water and dumping it.  I'm sure that's better than just getting everything burnt to the ground.

I'm fortunate in that I realize that the stupidity of Trump supporters literally has no bottom. So there are going to be dozens (hundreds?) of moments just like this that will provide endless amusement.
