I can't help but think of Bo's quote from last week..... Somethinf to the effect of "I hope they change what they do! That will help us tremendously.

 
I love how we planned our schedule I think it was brilliant to have a week and a half between both SDSU and KState and KState and Texas. Should have our boys well prepard

 
I think the Husker d has practiced against some pretty good backs already. k state is exactly what nebraska's d thrives against. A team with all it's eggs in one basket!!

 
But don't you think with K-State being a run-first type of team, we would think of using a package that would be more suited for stopping the run? But what do I know, I'm not a Division FBS head coach or defensive coordinator.

 
Like the article says, Daniel Thomas is all they have. Their quarterback is mediocre at best and their defense is a sieve. They have lacking talent at wr, so dont be suprised if we just dont base it up with a 3rd linebacker, play man on the edges and just bring on mr thomas.

 
A thursday night game against a team that has a stud RB. I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit nervous.

But we have almost two weeks to prepare for them. DT will get his yards, but I just don't see them pounding it down our throats all game long. I have to imagine that we'll come out with a good game plan and adjust if needed. Remember, this staff knows how to make adjustments.

 
I think Bo is going to try his hardest to stomp all the teams going out the door. He will not take his foot off anyones throat. (maybe Turner) We got treated like chit during the big 12 meetings, and that will burn at Bo all year. That is major motivation.

This game is in a scary position for me, while I'm confident in our run defense aginst DT I don't like were the game is placed. Think how much we are hearing about the texas game now. With that game only 9 days away it is in a bad spot with DT's big play ability.
