Kavario Middleton Plans to Transfer to Nebraska ,what a catch ...believe he was a 5 star, prep all american. ....only bad thing, he has character issues, and seems like penili has a low tollerance for his type...if he does trun his attitude around, tight end would be loaded. he would have to sit out a yr, and be available for 2 yrs after.

I read somewhere that Middleton has impressed some experts with various skills that would make him a defensive end. Obviously, he adds depth to the TE spot ... just wondered if anyone has any info if we will convert him to the DE spot ... having a year to adjust certainly makes that an option.

Any thoughts or insights from those informed?

He was brought in to play TE, and will challenge Ben Cotton next year for playing time if he can get his act together.

His rivals profile actually lists him as a DE. I am pretty sure he played on both sides of the ball in HS. He was a :star :star :star :star recruit in that aspect. IMO, NU keeps him at TE.
