Keller "I'm here to start"

i am wondering how a more talkitive show-offy guy will fit with our team, Taylor was a quiet and down to earth guy who earned his respect by taking hits, It sounds like Keller will try to talk his way into respect, but I dont really know that is just what I understand

Alex Maric Is God

Good article. I'd actually be afraid if he didn't say he was here to start. Why else would he have come here.

As far as knowledge of the offense, it makes sense that Joe is ahead of him but Keller is in another class when it comes to talent IMO. He can make throws that Joe just can't. Like a deep out, from what I have heard.
really

what would everyone think is he was to say "I am just hear to walk-on, run the scout team, pay for my own college and ride the pine next year"
I am not sure what everyone would think, but give his situation if he said something benign like "I am going to try my hardest in the spring and see if I can make it." you might think he's a bit timid about the whole situation.
Instead, he said he was here to start, as he probably should have.
i was agreeing with you, i was not trying to be sarcastic. i know you might find that hard to believe, maybe i should have put in one of those :yeah thingee's
Word.

Somehow I don't think anyone's going to be able to talk his way into anything. It's put up or shut up time for Keller. He's set the bar high for himself and, for the sake of the Huskers, here's hoping he will walk the walk.
